Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all services provided by Profile Next Career Services ("we," "our," or "us").

By making any payment toward our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.

Our services are customized, time-intensive, and intellectual in nature. Accordingly, refunds are governed by the terms below.

1. Payment Structure

  • 50% advance payment is required before commencement of work
  • 50% balance payment is required prior to final delivery of documents
  • Work is scheduled to commence within a reasonable timeframe after receipt of advance payment and required information

Advance payment confirms project booking and allocation of professional resources.

2. Cancellation Before Work Commencement

If a client requests cancellation before work has commenced, the following applies:

  • 50% of the advance amount paid will be refunded
  • The remaining 50% of the advance is retained as administrative, consultation, and slot-reservation charges

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days from approval.

Work commencement determination shall be at the Company's reasonable discretion.

Transaction charges, banking fees, or payment gateway deductions (if applicable) may be adjusted against the refundable amount.

3. Commencement of Work

Work is considered "commenced" once any of the following occurs:

  • Project scheduling and resource allocation
  • Resume analysis or consultation process initiated
  • Drafting or restructuring work begins
  • Research or ATS optimization work starts

Once work has commenced, advance payments are strictly non-refundable due to the customized and intellectual nature of the services.

This is because our services are personalized and cannot be reused, resold, or reassigned.

4. Client Non-Responsiveness

If the Client becomes unresponsive for seven (7) consecutive days despite reasonable follow-up attempts:

  • The project may be placed on hold
  • Reactivation may require an administrative reactivation fee
  • Advance payments are non-refundable once work scheduling has occurred

5. Dissatisfaction with Draft

Client satisfaction is important to us.

  • Two revision attempts are included in every project (as per Terms & Conditions)
  • Clients must provide written feedback detailing concerns or requested changes
  • We will make reasonable efforts to refine and improve the document within the agreed scope
  • Dissatisfaction based on subjective preference alone does not qualify for a refund

Refunds will not be granted solely on the basis of subjective dissatisfaction where revisions were offered and provided.

6. Non-Payment of Balance Amount

If the remaining 50% payment is not completed:

  • Final documents will not be delivered
  • Access to completed work may be restricted
  • The advance payment remains non-refundable

7. No Refund Based on Job Outcome

Our services are advisory and optimization-based in nature.

We do not guarantee:

  • Job interviews
  • Job offers
  • Salary increases
  • Recruiter responses
  • Profile visibility improvements

Accordingly, refunds will not be issued based on employment outcomes.

8. Service Delivery Delays

If delivery is delayed due to our internal operational reasons:

  • We will communicate transparently with the client
  • Reasonable corrective steps will be taken
  • Additional refinements or support may be provided where appropriate

Such delays shall not constitute grounds for refund unless mutually agreed in writing.

9. Errors or Service Issues

In the unlikely event of a material error directly attributable to us:

  • Corrective service will be provided promptly
  • Necessary revisions will be made at no additional cost

Refunds will be considered only in exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion.

10. Exceptional Cases

In rare and exceptional situations, a refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis after:

  • Written explanation from the client
  • Internal review
  • Completion of revision opportunities
  • Mutual discussion and resolution attempt

Any such refund decision shall be final and binding.

11. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days
  • Refunds will be issued through the original mode of payment where possible
  • Applicable transaction or processing charges may be deducted
  • Processing timelines may vary depending on payment provider or banking systems

12. Non-Refund for Change of Mind

Refunds shall not be provided for change of mind, career decisions, personal circumstances, or subjective dissatisfaction unrelated to service quality.

13. Agreement

By making payment for our services, you confirm that you understand and agree to this Refund Policy.
